Maintenance and Application
(1) Check whether the water system, air conditioner terminal system and electrical system are installed properly.
(2) Turn off the sluice valve of the terminal equipment, fill in the water pipeline system with clean water to clean the pipeline and expel the air in the pipeline system.
(3) Check whether the chilled water and refrigerated water system are operating regularly.
(4) Power on the machine unit for 24 hours before switching on the machine, and heat up the lubricant of the machine unit.
Water utilized by the system should pass water quality treatment, because water with high alkaline would aggravate the corrosion of the copper pipe and reduce the application lifespan of heat exchanger. So the PH value of water utilizedshould within 7.0~8.5.
The air suck-in and exhaust shutoff valve of the compressor and the filtrate valve of the condenser should be confirmed at the switch-on position, can the machine be turn on.
Switch-on sequence of the system: turn on the cold water pump ? turn on the chilled water pump ? turn on the cooling tower ? switch on the machine unit;Switch-off sequence of the system: switch off the machine unit ? turn off the cooling tower ? turn off the chilled water pump ? turn off the cold water pump.
Adjustment of chilled water temperature: press 'SEL' key on the thermostat for about 5 seconds and release after the monitor display 'Stl'.The monitor display the current set value for temperature control (chilled backwater temperature), then press two triangle arrow keys on the upper and lower of the thermostat for adjusting the set value. After adjustment, press 'SEL' key again to confirm the newly set value, then the machine unit can automatically control the operation of the machine unit according to the set temperature.Pay attention not to set the cold water temperature too low, because too low temperature would reduce the refrigeration efficiency of the machine unit, and may also evoke the low temperature protection motion to alarm, so just set the cold water temperature be a little bit lower than desired temperature.
The machine unit has allocated with multiple automatic protection devices, and the set value of each protection has been well set-up, uses shall not make modification randomly.
If not for emergency, don't switch off the machine unit through cutting off the main power.
When the machine unit is failure and alarm for shutdown, press the stop button of the machine unit first (the alarm light would extinct), and then check the cause of failure. Never force the machine to switch on before the failure being eliminated.
If short-term shutdown is required (less than 7 days), just press the stop button of the machine unit, no need to shut off the main power; If the machine unit shut down for a long period in winter season, press the stop button of the machine unit first, then shut off the main power, and then exhaust the water within the system.
Regular inspection for the operation status of the machine unit are essential, including chilled water, water quality of chilled water, water temperature, water pressure, refrigerant, lubricant, water pumps and cooling tower, check whether they are operating properly.Take timely disposal measure when abnormal condition was found. Keep the machine room in dry, clean and good ventilation condition.
Daily operation, management and maintenance work of the machine unit shall be conducted by professional technicians.
Clean the air condenser periodically, to ensure the machine unit in stable operation condition. Clean up the dust and raffle on the condenser fin and the copper pipe with brush, dust catcher or compressed air, then sprinkle the coil pipe from up to down and
